All design services — haircut, root volume perm, digital perm, and basic treatment — are included in the price at no extra charge.

Prior bleaching history affects perm eligibility. For long hair, perming is possible 3–4 years after bleaching. For short or medium hair, at least 2–3 years must have passed. Please mention any bleach history when booking.

If you've had a keratin treatment, please wait at least 1–2 years before getting a perm. Be sure to mention it when booking.

Perm appointments require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may affect your ability to book future appointments.
